Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
* The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receiving the order.
* The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in unopened packaging.
* Customized products or special offers cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
* Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse.
* Discounted products or those included in special offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
3. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request:
* Contact us via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number.
* Attach photos of the product in its current condition for us to assess the request.
* The request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 1-3 business days.
* The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
4. Refund:
* Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days after we receive the product and confirm it meets the return policy requirements.
* Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
